Mr Denu is a distinguished Ghanaian entrepreneur, businessman, and philanthropist with a diverse portfolio of successful ventures. As the founder and owner of KELOP Group International Pty Ltd, KELOP Group Ltd-Ghana (specializing in mining, farming, and agro-business), SIr KELI Group Ltd (a prominent Real Estate and Consultancy Company), and Redeema KP Engineering Ltd (a leading Electrical Engineering Company), he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation.

In addition to his role as a Director and Partner at GTIPAY Group - Ghana Ltd, Mr Denu has played a pivotal role in shaping the business landscape in Ghana and beyond. His leadership at GTIPAY Group - Ghana Ltd showcases a commitment to cutting-edge solutions in the financial sector. In the realm of engineering, Redeema KP Engineering Ltd stands as a testament to Mr Denu's technical acumen and his vision for advancing electrical engineering solutions. Mr Burns – Co-Founder - (BComm. (Acctg & Economics); MBA (Dean’s Honour List)

Mr Burns started his career in accounting at one of the Big Four providing auditing services to Australian mining companies. Mr Burns moved on to the world's premier mining equipment manufacturer where he undertook marketing and product support assignments for both surface and underground mining equipment throughout the Asia Pacific region. Mr Burns lead the development of the world's largest mechnical drive mining loader. Mr Burns joined one of Australia's former largest privately owned mining contractor in a commercial role. Mr Burns specialised in mergers and acquisitions in a family office setting for a number of years. He was then appointed as Chief Executive of Minjar Gold in Western Australia's Yilgarn gold region. In 2010 he was recruited to oversee the commencement of exploration drilling and mining services at the Bibiani Gold mine in Ghana.

In 2014 Mr Burns undertook the development of large-scale farming operations supporting the The World Bank’s Ghana Commercial Agriculture Program (GCAP). The development program spanned land clearing, land preparation and planting operations. Outgrower farmers were assisted in planting, crop care, harvesting and produce marketing operations.

Mr Tamakloe – Project Manager – (MSc. Construction Mgt) (BSc. (Hons) Design; Post Grad. Architectural Design.)

Mr Tamakloe is a highly experienced Real Estate Project Manager. Having worked for Ghana’s leading developers, Mr Tamakloe has delivered numerous high-end developments in Ghana. His broad skills range from planning, pre-construction sales through to managing construction budgets and timeframes.

Mr Ofusuhene – Commercial Manager – (Bach. Acctg & Finance; MBA (Finance))

Mr Ofusuhene is regarded as a very astute businessman amongst Ghanaian circles. Having enjoyed a very successful career in banking, he now specialises in providing strategic business advice to medium and large business enterprises in Ghana. His expertise is in the area of business finance. Mr Ofusuhene is the Co-Founder of Payspine Africa – a well-respected Fintech firm.
